Vaishno Devi Holiday Tour

Day 1:

On arrival at Jammu, you will be met and transferred to Katra (70 kms- 2 hrs approx) check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. We suggest you start the climb towards the shrine at night so that by the end of next day you are back in Katra with your Darshan complete. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2:

The day is free for Darshan. Please note that shrine is open for Darshan round the clock except 2 hours in the morning between 6 am and 8 am and 2 hours in the evening between 6 pm and 8 pm when the Aarti is performed. While inside the cave concentrate on Darshan of Mother Goddess in her three pindi forms Maha Kali, Mahalaxmi and Maha Saraswati. Remember to also visit the Bhairon Temple located at a slightly higher altitude. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Day 3:

After breakfast, drive to Jammu railway station / airport for your onward journey
